### How many Wi-Fi access points does my office need?

It depends on the floor area, walls and the number of users. As a rough guide, one business access point covers about 1,000–1,500 sq ft of open office with up to 30–40 active users. A site survey gives the exact number.

### Can the internet switch automatically to a backup connection?

Yes. We install a router or firewall that uses two ISPs and moves traffic to the working link within seconds when one fails.

### Can you fix our existing network instead of replacing it?

Yes. We start with an audit, reuse what is in good condition, and replace only what causes problems.
