Pakistan compliance
- Tier-1 retailers are required to integrate their POS with FBR. We register the POS and configure the integration.
- Restaurants in Punjab may also have Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) invoicing obligations. We configure the POS for the authority that applies to you.
- Customers can pay by card, JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast QR, where your bank or payment provider supports it.

Frequently asked questions
Who must integrate their POS with FBR?
FBR requires Tier-1 retailers, as defined in the Sales Tax Act, to integrate their point-of-sale with FBR so each sale is reported in real time. If you are unsure whether you are Tier-1, we can help you check.
Can you integrate our existing POS with FBR?
In many cases, yes. If your POS software supports FBR integration or exposes sales data, we can connect it. If not, we recommend a replacement that does.
Does the POS work when the internet is down?
Yes. Sales continue offline and are sent to FBR and head office automatically when the connection returns. We also recommend a backup internet link for busy outlets.
